At Mablez Technology (Mücahit DİVRİN) ("Service Provider" or "We"), we place the highest importance on the privacy and security of our users' personal data who use the MifaDU application. This Privacy Policy has been prepared in compliance with global privacy standards, primarily the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) in Turkey and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in the European Union, to inform you about the purposes for which your data is collected, how it is processed, and what your rights are.
Legal Basis
Your data is processed based on legal grounds, including the establishment or performance of a contract (provision of service), the legitimate interests of the data controller, and where necessary, your explicit consent.
Important Disclosure: Processing data on secure, overseas-based servers (Firebase, AdMob) is a technical necessity for the fulfillment of the application's core functions (cloud synchronization, smart stock prediction, etc.). By logging into and continuing to use the application, the user is deemed to have given explicit consent to this international data transfer and processing.

We process the following data while you use the application for the stated purposes:
A. Identity and Contact Information
Data: Full name, email address, social media login credentials (Google/Apple ID).
Purpose: Account creation, user identification, providing synchronization, and managing technical support processes.
B. Usage and Device Information
Data: IP address, device model, operating system, in-app page visit durations, FCM Token, Advertising Identifiers (IDFA/AAID).
Purpose: Optimizing application performance, debugging (Crashlytics), and sending push notifications.
C. Shopping and Stock Data
Data: Shopping list items, product quantities, unit prices, consumption frequency, notes, and photos.
Purpose: To provide "Smart Stock Tracking," "Prediction System," and "Automatic Consumption" features; and to provide a personalized experience based on your shopping habits.
D. Voice Data
Data: Voice inputs recorded during the voice search feature.
Purpose: To perform the voice product search function. Voice commands may use Google or Apple services for conversion to text.
3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Smart Learning
MifaDU uses advanced algorithms and Artificial Intelligence technologies to improve the user experience.

Automatic Parsing: Your text inputs (e.g., "3 kg tomatoes") are converted into quantity and unit using natural language processing techniques.

Decision Making: These processes are entirely intended to assist the user and do not involve "automated decision-making" mechanisms that would have legal consequences for the user.
Disclaimer
"Smart Stock Tracking" and "Prediction" features are based on probability calculations and do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The user is responsible for actions taken based on these predictions.

Important Note
When you use the shared shopping list feature, other users you have added to your list (family/friends) can see the items, quantities, and "who added/who bought" information you put on the list.
Ad Display and In-App Purchases
When you use the MifaDU application for free, your device's advertising ID (IDFA/AAID) may be shared with our partners like Google AdMob to provide you with advertisements. This is done to provide you with more relevant advertisements (personalized advertising) and can be limited at any time through your device settings.
During your in-app purchase (Premium) transactions, payment verification processes are carried out directly through Apple or Google using the RevenueCat infrastructure. No sensitive financial data, such as credit card numbers, is stored or processed on MifaDU servers.
5. Data Retention and Security
Your personal data is stored as long as your account is active and for the legal durations necessary for the provision of services. Your data is encrypted with SSL/TLS during transmission. We implement industry-standard technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or theft.

Regardless of where you are in the world, you have the following rights over your data:

7. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
For our users residing in the state of California, United States, we declare that we do not "sell" your personal information directly to third parties for cash (Do Not Sell My Personal Information) pursuant to the CCPA. However, the sharing of device identifiers used for advertising services may be considered "sharing" under some local laws. Control in this regard is always in your device settings.
7.1. Financial Incentive Notice
MifaDU may optionally offer surveys, rewarded ads, or points-based incentives to provide users access to certain in-app features. Personal data collected through these programs (e.g., usage habits) is reasonably related to the value of the benefit offered. Users may choose not to participate in these programs or opt-out at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
The application does not appeal to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly and intentionally collect data from children under 13. If such a situation is detected, the data will be immediately deleted from our servers.
9. International Data Transfer and Explicit Consent
MifaDU uses global cloud infrastructures provided by Google (Firebase, AdMob), RevenueCat, and Expo for data storage, analysis, debugging, and advertisement management processes.
"By approving this Privacy Policy and using the application, the user declares that they give explicit consent for their personal data (email address, device identifiers, usage data, etc.) to be transferred to, processed, and stored on secure servers located abroad (primarily in the USA and EU countries) in order to provide uninterrupted service pursuant to KVKK Article 9."
These transfers are protected by European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and relevant international data protection protocols to ensure the security of your data.
10. Offline Use and Synchronization
Some features of MifaDU can work without an internet connection. However, an internet connection is required for data synchronization between devices and updating shared lists. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for synchronization delays that may occur due to the absence of a connection.
11. Cookies and Identifiers
The application uses cookies, local storage units, and unique device identifiers (IDFA, AAID, etc.) to provide analytics (Firebase) and advertising (AdMob) services. You can reset advertising identifiers or restrict tracking through your device's privacy settings.
12. Third-Party Links
The application may contain links to external websites or services not operated by us. We remind you that once you click on one of these links, our responsibility ends and you will be subject to the respective site's own Privacy Policy.
13. Price Tracking and Currency
Price information and spending tracking data entered within the application are entirely based on user input. MifaDU is not a financial consultancy tool; the accuracy of the data entered and the decisions based on this data are the user's own responsibility.
14. Amendments
This policy may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, you will be informed via in-app notification or email.
